1. Introduction

Mattsapp is a WhatsApp automation agent operated by Mattelligence.

By using Mattsapp, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

Mattsapp allows businesses to:

• Connect their WhatsApp Business Account via Meta OAuth

• Receive incoming WhatsApp messages via webhook

• Send automated replies through the official WhatsApp Cloud API

• Configure conversation automation workflows

Mattsapp does not send messages outside user-configured logic.

3. Eligibility

To use Mattsapp, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Be an authorized administrator of the connected WhatsApp Business Account

• Comply with WhatsApp Business Platform policies

4. WhatsApp Connection

When connecting:

• Authentication occurs via official Meta OAuth

• Mattsapp receives limited permissions necessary for messaging

• No passwords are stored

• Access can be revoked at any time

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• The automated messages configured

• Compliance with WhatsApp policies

• Ensuring customer opt-in where required

• Avoiding spam or abusive messaging

Mattsapp does not initiate unsolicited marketing messages.

6. Data Processing

Mattsapp processes messages strictly for automation purposes.

Message data is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Aggregated and anonymized operational metrics may be used to improve service reliability.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mattsapp is provided “as is”.

We are not responsible for:

• WhatsApp account restrictions

• Delivery failures caused by Meta

• Policy changes

• Third-party outages

8. Termination

Access may be suspended in case of:

• Spam

• Policy violations

• Illegal usage

• Platform abuse
