Fotomatik is an AI-powered content creation and publishing assistant operated by Mattelligence.

By using Fotomatik, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Fotomatik allows users to:

  • Generate AI-powered Instagram content (images, carousels, reels, captions, hashtags)

  • Preview and modify generated content

  • Publish approved content to their Instagram Business Account using the official Instagram Graph API

Fotomatik does not publish content automatically without user confirmation.

3. Eligibility

To use Fotomatik, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Be the owner or authorized administrator of the connected Instagram Business Account

  • Comply with Meta and Instagram Platform Policies

4. Instagram Account Connection

When connecting your account:

  • Authentication is performed via official Meta OAuth

  • Fotomatik receives limited permissions required for publishing content

  • No passwords are stored

  • Access may be revoked at any time via Meta settings

Users are responsible for ensuring they have authority to connect the account.

5. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts you submit

  • The content generated

  • The content you approve for publication

  • Compliance with intellectual property laws

  • Compliance with Instagram Community Guidelines

Fotomatik does not monitor or moderate generated content.

6. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content may:

  • Contain inaccuracies

  • Be similar to existing content

  • Not be legally protected

Users must review all content before publishing.

Fotomatik does not guarantee originality or legal compliance.

7. Third-Party Services

Fotomatik depends on:

  • Telegram

  • Meta (Instagram Graph API)

  • AI generation providers

  • Hosting and automation services

Service availability depends on these providers.

8. Limitation of Liability

Fotomatik is provided “as is”.

We are not liable for:

  • Account suspension

  • Platform policy changes

  • Content performance results

  • Service interruptions

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access in case of:

  • Abuse

  • Spam
