Fotomatik is an AI-powered Instagram content generation and publishing tool that connects to Instagram Business Accounts via the official Meta OAuth flow and publishes content through the Instagram Graph API.

3. Categories of Data Processed

3.1 Account Identification Data

When you connect your Instagram Business Account, we may process:

  • Instagram Business Account ID

  • Connected Facebook Page ID

  • Access token (used strictly for API communication)

  • Basic account metadata necessary for publishing

We do not collect passwords.

We do not access private messages, follower lists, or personal Facebook profiles.

3.2 User-Provided Content Data

  • Prompts entered via Telegram

  • Content generation instructions

  • Publication confirmations

  • Basic usage preferences

3.3 Generated Media References

We may temporarily store:

  • AI-generated media URLs

  • Metadata required for publication

Generated images and videos are not permanently stored by Fotomatik unless explicitly configured in the future.

4. Purpose of Processing

We process data strictly to:

  • Generate AI-based content upon user request

  • Allow preview and modification

  • Publish approved content to the connected Instagram Business Account

  • Maintain basic operational functionality

  • Monitor aggregated system performance

No automated publishing occurs without explicit user confirmation.

  • Temporary media URLs only for the duration necessary to complete publication
